TMC is really on fumes with only 4 days to go.
Pre-judging is actually Saturday Morning about 11AM.

For those of you following at home, you can see I’m still holding a bit of sub q water. As much distilled as I’m cramming in and with very low carbs coming the next 36-48 hours, I should dry out nicely.
The best part is retaining size in my upper chest/pec/delt tie in. HIT Training has really paid dividends as my chest is noticeably more cleaved and thicker. Will I be able to maintain the fullness in the photos as the carbs go lower and skin dries out? I guess only time will tell.
Sam Sacket has booked his trip and will be staying with TMC this weekend. He has been maintaining his condition now for more than 4 weeks and that is an accomplishment in itself. Mad props to him. There are a “few people” who think he’ll probably win the show if he shows up in the same condition he evidenced last weekend at the Orange County.
At this point, all I can think about it the BREAKFAST PANCAKE FEST on Sunday Morning before Encore Beach Club!!!!! I know there are some reading this site right now laughing out loud.
I know I was going to discuss IF/CR and potentially utilizing it during the last couple of days. Due to my conditioning being on point so early this time, I don’t need to add it to the arsenal.
Only real question is how many carbs to eat on Friday to stay “Full” for Saturday morning Pre-Judging? Gotta figure all this out over the next couple of days. Don’t wanna spill over but also don’t want to be too skinny and over depleted.
