The Muscle Couple picked up the Logitech Review on Wednesday night at Best Buy.
After 36 hours of use, we can honestly say it’s the greatest technological advancement we’ve experienced.
It’s absolutely amazing.
From the sofa in our entertainment room we can do the following on our 55′ Plasma TV:
- Surf Youtube channels (no limit)
- Post on TMC
- Check web based email, reply, forward and send
- Edit photos on Picassa
- Order an On Demand Movie
- Shop Amazon, The Apple Store, Fommy, and Beatport
- Watch a movie in our Netflix Queue
- surf any website, no matter the content
- control all of our devices (DirecTV HD DVR, Blue Ray DVD Player, Yamaha Receiver, and our Panasonic Plasma TV) from the provided keyboard
and much, more more.
We’re literally blown away.
We’re very glad we didn’t purchase the Apple TV and waited for this instead.
We recommend this product with a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up.
Back to your Black Friday Madness!

After I left my great Thanksgiving dinner, I had 20 minutes to hit the madness at Walmart…12 midnight. Yes I decided to go and check it out. I went into the store and stayed 15 minutes before I couldn’t stand it anymore. Looked like a regular sales priced bargins to me cause most of the stuff was not on sale…lol!

There is no reason the Google TV should be $300 when apple is able to price the Apple TV at $100, but I’d be willing to give it a look. I think the GoogleTV will improve and take over the market when the one-year exclusivity agreement with Logitech and Sony expires. Then it will be full open source, and with Apple you still can’t even stream video files from your MacBook. In a perfect world, some genius will wipe a Apple TV and load the Google TV Os… some genius is working on that right now..

Ummmm….errr…uhhh…NO! Have you used both? Apple TV is TOTALLY CRIPPLED! Google TV is wide open. The only thing we’ve been able to determine it lacks is “BOOKMARKING” of your favorite sites. I continue to be amazed at what I can do on Google TV. Everything you can’t do on Apple TV. There is a reason Apple TV is $99. You get what you pay for. And TMC is a Apple Fanboy and Girl Family! Your comments about Open Source are correct and it’s truly only a matter of time.
