TMC was reminiscing with some good friends this afternoon.

We were thinking of the absurd supplements so many of us swallowed to “get bigger, gain weight, get ripped etc”.

So many names from long ago memories and fun times.

• Dessicated Liver Tablets
• Dibencozide

It’s crazy to think any of the pills, potions, powders and formulations offered a shred of evidence proving the results claimed on the label.

And like the lemmings so many of us are, we swallowed em down anyways in the never ending quest to improve our physiques.  LOL!

Thankfully sports nutrition has come along way in a very short time.

TMC is getting excited to see many friends and faces from the Fitness community this weekend as the USA Bodybuilding and Figure Championships invade Las Vegas.

We’re hopeful to shoot some training pics and videos this week with fitness celebrities Natalie Minh, Rob Riches and Markus Reinhardt.
