Prepping for beach trip in 10 days using your diet – curious what the “(NTD Only)” next to your PM cardio? Really enjoy you site and all the great info and motivation you provide!

Hi Karl! Thank you so much for your patronage and support. “NTD” stands for “Non-Training Days” Only. As in days you don’t lift weights. ;) Feel free to ask and email questions whenever you feel the need. And tell you family and friends about us! Happy Training!
