Bodybuilding Success

TMC has been doing some reading this weekend at a Family Reunion in Cincinnati Ohio.

We came across an awesome quote from one of our Favorite Strength Training Authors Charles Staley on what constitutes Bodybuilding success.

“Bodybuilding Success is essentially a function of 3 requirements:

*A well designed workout

*Intense application of effort during the execution of that workout

*The ability to achieve quick and complete recoveries between workouts

We’ve been reading about training and exercise science for quite a long time and have never seen it worded so succinctly.

Use those principles religiously in your training and you are guaranteed success in your physique improvement goals.
