A quick update from TMC from our Blackberry!

We are now members of LVAC and are training at the Flamingo/215 location. It truly is an incredible gym.

Two levels with multiple machines and free weights. It can become really packed during peak time periods(4:30-7:30 Mon thru Thursday). Its open 24 hours a day and there are 7 locations throughout the Las Vegas metro area. Really convenient and our location is 5 mins fron our new home.

We usually sneak in around 8PM(weeknights) as their “Playpen” childcare area is open until 9:30. Their childcare employees are really great. Loving and nuturing, they welcome Alex and Gabi in with welcome arms.

Even better is they provide closed circuit Nanny Cams in the Main rooms of the training facility so parents can keep an eye on their kids whenever they want on big flat screen TVs. A big plus in our book and we love the ability to keep a watchful eye on Alex to make sure she isn’t pinning some four year old down in a headlock.
