Honestly. If you are attempting to lose body fat and you are following the advice of this site, throw away your scale.
Judge your results by how your clothes start fitting on you and what others say about your “look”.
If your pants start “hanging” or “sagging” and you need to move up a notch in your belt, you are changing your body composition in a positive way. And don’t seek out advice from others about your weight loss efforts. Let them be the one to tell you.
It’s amazing how often people will tell you out of the blue:
“Are you losing weight”? or “You really look a lot better/younger/toner/slimmer”.
Focus on what you need to do, stop worrying about scale weight changing and just do it!
