Many people have been requesting some video’s of our current Rest Pause Training Program.

As requested, here are 4 recently made ones.

Pull Down Machine

Standing Lateral Raise Machine

Seated Shrug Machine

Stand by for the first week update from Anh with pictures.

There appears to be a noticeable difference after only 7 days of cardio and dietary restriction.  She won’t begin weight training for another week.
