The Muscle Couple just found out about this amazing new mobile service that searches for location based restaurant nutrition information.

GoodFoodNearYou.com is an absolute must have bookmark or application on your PDA.

This is a sick little website and application!

It works by locating you through GPS on your mobile device.  The site will then deliver the lowest calorie food item on the menu for the 20 restaurants closest to your location.

You can view the menus of each restaurant and sort items by:

• Calorie
• Fat
• Carbohydrate

You can also get detailed nutrition facts for every meal on the menu.  Once you find the restaurant that has what you’re looking for, you can instantly map it’s location to your phone.

This is truly an awesome resource for anyone serious about their nutrition when out and about.

They also recently created applications for Blackberry and iPhone.
