What makes us call special attention to Brock’s efforts are that he is a “Regular Joe”.

Brock works as a Digital Media Professional from 8-6 everyday and still finds the time to compete as a professional bodybuilder!!!!   For our fans and readers who don’t know how difficult this is, let us tell you!  “HOLY F_RKEN SHITE”!

It’s absolutely one of the hardest things a human being can achieve-sub 5% bodyfat while maintaining hard dense defined skeletal muscle.  Brock is disciplined and focused like few folks in the world.  Most people have no idea what kind of planning and meticulous attention to detail goes into competing and getting your physique dialed in, like his is in these photos.

Someday within the next 3-4 years The Muscle Couple plans on competing in a fitness/bodybuilding competition together.  Who do you think we are going to use to guide us along the way?
