Coming to the end of this week and I could eat a horse. The making of the food is easy and quick, but 12 weeks will be a long time to run this for. I would be insterested to see if Jay runs the full version of this to see what he thinks. I will be doing this again next week and then off to vacation for a week which means probably not this diet but some good for you organic foods from the east coast. Always looking for a good shred. I enjoy the columns on my mobile phone RSS. Thanks for the info.

Hi Tom! Yes, it’s not an easy Diet. Add some Fiber capsules and lots of water to reduce hunger pangs. 12 Weeks of this Diet will SHRED ANYONE! Massive willpower necessary. I’m game for this starting the first week of August. Some other stuff going on in the TMC World soon enough that might make it very difficult. Thanks for reading and following along. Have a great weekend! TMC!
