The Muscle Couple with the last installment of Amanda’s “Program”.

It’s time to detail her Cardio and Thermogenic schedule.  Because Amanda is young and doesn’t have much experience with Thermogenic supplements, her approach is going to be very basic initially.  She’ll have to access her tolerance to different things and record her reactions and progress from week to week.

Her Cardio is going to be even more basic.   All of her success will ultimately be determined by her consistency of effort.

7 Day Week Schedule

HITC-(Hight Intensity Cardio) Low Impact -Stairs-Elliptical-Bike

MSSC-(Moderate Steady State Cardio) Low Impact-Adding Treadmill as option.

WTD-(Weight Training Day)

NWTD-(Non Weight Training Day)

Monday-1 VPX Meltdown Upon Awakening-20 Minutes HITC(Stairs-Elliptical-Bike) 1VPX Meltdown at 2:30PM(WTD)

Tuesday-1VPX Meltdown Upon Awakening-20 Minutes HITC(Stairs-Elliptical-Bike)-1 VPX Meltdown at 2:30PM- 8PM-30 Minutes MSSC(Stairs or Walking on Treadmill)

Wednesday-Same as Monday

Thursday-Same as Tuesday

Friday-Same as Monday and Wednesday

Saturday-Break from everything

Sunday-No Thermogenics but 1 Hour MSSC(preferably walking outside-thru a mall etc)

Amanda’s goals are very simple and straightforward in this phase of her preparation.

  • Acclimate to using Thermogenic supplements(VPX Meltdown)
  • Adapt her body to Cardio training and teach it to burn Free Fatty Acids while at rest making her BMR more efficient

We’ll have an update on her progress with pictures within the next 40 days.   She is currently two and half weeks in and evidently making solid progress.
