Thermo Dose 1-30 Minutes Before Your First Meal:

2 VPX Meltdown Caps-4 Green Tea Caps-4-L-Carn Caps(HIT Cardio for 20 Minutes at same time as Thermo dose

Vitamins/Supplements with First Meal

2gms Vitamin C-800ius Vitamin E-3 Bone Up Capsules-4gms Fiber Caps

Thermo Dose 2(3.5 hours after TD1)

2  VPX Meltdown Caps-4 Green Tea Cpas-4 Acetyl-L Carnitine Caps-4 Green Tea Caps

Thermo Dose 3(2.5 hours after TD2)

Same at TD2

Each Meal:

3-6 Essential Fatty Acid Caps(Multi-Spectrum)-4gms Fiber Caps

<Some Notes:>

  • If your funds are limited, it’s most important to use VPX Meltdown before everything else. Next would be the EFAs to help preserve muscle.
  • Fiber is CRITICAL due to the lack of carbs in the diet.

    Hi there!!

    I just happened to stumble across your site while I was looking for info on Lip-6 Black and let me say that I was amazed by first how down to earth you guys are are second how informative you are on the fitness front.

    Going through some of your articles gave me a boost to try something new this week in the gym. Furthermore, the information you are providing is REAL as in you both have tried or are trying them out. AMAZING! One really does not get such stealthy info on here for free.
