Build a Better Body Update #3-HOLY SHAZAM!

The Muscle Couple with an update on Michael Finn’s attempt to build the body he’s always dreamed of.

Mike is now 7 weeks into his journey and let’s just say his photos speak for themselves.

Here is his first hand commentary on his progress:

Training has been going MUCH BETTER than I could have ever imagined.  I look at the before and after pics now and can’t believe I was able to survive being that skinny!!!  LOL!

Amazing how this workout and eating routine has become second nature to me now easily working itself into my everyday life.  Now that I’ve seen the changes first hand, my motivation is UNSTOPPABLE!

On the techical side, I weigh about 192 pounds and fluctuate up or down about 3 pounds of water weight everyday.  I’m amazed at my body’s ability to put on this kind of solid  muscle weight in such a short amount of time.  It really shows how malnourished I was by being unmotivated to eat enough kcals-especially protein.  Now I eat regularly even when bored. My goal is to always get 3k kcals in my system a day.

I’m definitely not very picky about what I’m eating but avoiding colas, fried foods and refined sugars as much as possible.

The workout routine has been incredible.  I never would have imagined my body would adapt and heal as quickly as it has after the workouts.  I’m still trying to take most of my sets til failure.   My strength has suprisingly almost rivaled my weight gain.

All in all, my eyes have been opened to a world I’ve always wanted to be apart of but just never had anyone to guide me down a path to get there.  With the results I’m seeing, and the quality of my life improving both physically and mentally, I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am to The Muscle Couple for giving me this opportunity to change my body and ultimately my life.

The seal has been broken and there is absolutely NO WAY I’m going back to those god awful before pics.  I’m off to pound another Protein Shake and map my journey to 205 pounds.

This is quite simply an AMAZING TRANSFORMATION!

And all props to Michael!  And to anyone out there who doubts his progress.  He is 100% drug free and supplementing only with:

  • HIGH PROTEIN
  • EFA’s
  • CLEAN CARBS
  • CREATINE (KRE-ALKALYN)
  • CONSISTENTLY 3k CALORIES DAILY

The Muscle Couple and The Muscle B are VERY PROUD of his efforts and accomplishments.

However, his work has  just started.  He has begun the lifelong pursuit of sculpting his body to a standard only he can set for himself.  And only he can strive to improve.

    I am extremely Impressed.. Michael is my Son and nothing he tryed before ever worked, and when he told me he was going to start a new program i was hessitent at first, but when i saw the Website of His friend who told him about this program, i was Amazed.. And now all I can Say Is … HOLLY WOW.. look at my Boy :-) He looks like a MAN… Thank you for helping my son micheal establish his dreams..

    Congrats!!! I too struggle with gaining/maintaining weight. But protein has def. helped me maintain a healthy weight. I LOVE PROTEIN SHAKES!!!
