The Muscle Couple “Current Workout”

Hey Gang!

We just recently added a very cool new feature to the site:

TMC Current Workout

(Right Below the Masthead MC Logo to the right of “Homepage”)

Here you can view our current training program and also find video of the exercises to better understand the technique and form required to perform the movements.  We’ll also be recording the Focused Stretches we perform in between sets to maximize growth and improvement of the targeted muscle.

We normally change our training protocol every 6-10 weeks depending on a number of factors such as boredom, fatigue, adaptation, stagnation and most importantly change for the sake of change.

We’ll be adding videos as we progress thru our weekly workouts, so it will definitely be an ongoing tweak to the site.  Ultimately, we hope to build a video library of exercises so anyone can view or recall for proper demonstration.

There are already some videos posted in there now.  Check them out and let us know what you think.

As always, feel free to ask questions about any of the exercises or the program itself.
