No cardio for Mike.  He is too skinny already.  His main goal is to gain muscle mass.  Anything more than hard focused training won&#039;t allow him to get bigger and more muscular.  If he trains intensely enough, he should be fine cardio wise.  And yes, his surfing will also help him keep up his cardio capacity.</description>
