You know you should exercise as you’ve seen and heard about the many benefits it offers.  You also know you should eat a cleaner diet.  But at the end of the day, why is it important in the grand scheme of life?  Why should you make so many hard sacrifices to look better?

Is it really worth it to push yourself to look good?

Is it really worth it to push yourself to look good?

Let me tell you why.   A physically impressive person rarely makes a bad first impression on anyone.  Think about that statement for a minute and let it resonate.

Now think about your life and the few chances anyone ever really gets to make an important first impression.   I’ll list them right here.

  •       New  Job
  •       Dating/Courtship
  •       Speaking to Group/Crowd
  •       Photo Opportunity

Having an impressive physical appearance (Male or Female) will 99% of the time give you a leg up initially.  And almost without fail, a small window of opportunity or chance is all you need.  Sometimes it’s literally the difference between given an opportunity and not.  Of course what you do with it is up to you.  But as you’re read hundred times, sometimes success is being in the right place at the right time.  It’s more likely you’ll be in the right place at the right time when people are impressed with your initial appearance.

And let’s not forget about the psychological boost you’ll gain from feeling good about how you look.  Your self esteem will be sky high all the time and your passion and zest for life will shine though in everything you do-your job, your interpersonal relationships, your attitude etc.   People will genuinely be excited to be around you.  Imagine how the positive vibe you carry will help you and rub off on others?  People will naturally gravitate to you and your energy.  Your life will be significantly more enjoyable  from the good will and vibe you give off.

Now if any of that made sense, you see why choosing to be physically fit benefits you in the big picture of life.   At the end of the day, life is hard and full of difficult choices and decisions.  Physical Fitness is a choice that will reward you with a lifetime of benefits too good to pass up.

And remember.  It’s never too early or too late to get started.  Make it happen now and enjoy a lifetime of happiness.
