We are now a full 7.5 weeks into our 12 week program. Miami is 27 days away! We are excited. Our training and dieting is really coming along. We plan on getting some High Res body shots this weekend at Gold’s Venice. Both of us are pretty close to being in the best condition of our lives. Obviously those are words but we plan on putting some pics and videos up soon proving it.
A couple of general notes from the 7.5 weeks of dieting:
- VPX Meltdown is the best appetite suppressing Thermogenic I’ve ever used. It really helps with late afternoon and evening hunger pangs. Both of us are taking 3 capsules a day and there is no doubt its working. I recommend it very highly to any prospective dieter(male or female)
- Cardio twice a day on non lifting days is a BIG WINNER in burning off the last remaining stubborn and sub cutaneous fat.
- Mixing up Ab exercises between home and the gym is helping us. We both do hanging leg raises with an over the door pullup bar(Ironman Home Gym from Target)and the Ab wheel from home and then do Weighted rope crunches and decline ab twists from the gym. Between the four exercises we seem to be getting good overall development.
- SlimSignals with Irvingia and Fucoxanthin from Life Extension is a new fat loss supplement I added to the mix about 4.5 weeks ago. I can’t be positive it’s working anymore than VPX Meltdown and the other supplements I’m taking are, but I think it might be the “NEXT BIG THING” in fat loss. More on it later.
- We are about to start a Full Body Routine 3x a week for the final four weeks. Our goal is to incorporate shorter rest periods and more plyometric type training for increased natural growth hormone release and the last remaining fat loss.
On the homefront, the Muscle B is starting to sleep for the first time. The last couple of nights the Muscle B fell asleep(along with her daddy)before 11PM while laying in bed. It’s been a real Zodsend for Anhski as she has been able to get a couple of hours of “ANH TIME” free and clear of the intensive demands of the Muscle B. We are both very grateful to have a wonderful-smart and charming BUSCUIT who sleeps!
