We’ve already completed our first three workouts and have done 5 Days of Cardio.
Jay-17-20 Minutes of Intervals Every Morning(early before work)
Anh-15 Minutes of Intervals Mid-Morning when Buscuit allows.
Training consists of 3 workouts EOD consisting of a split like this:
Chest/Triceps/Lower Abs
Back/Biceps/Rectus
Delts/Legs/Abs
